Pavia, February 29 to March 4, 2016
Objectives of the course
The primary objective of this course is to offer fundamental understanding on blast and fire engineering that can be applied for both onshore and offshore oil and gas structures. The course content encompasses the state-of-the-art methods developed for analyzing blast and fire events and their influence on human and infrastructures. This course will not only enhance the capacity of participants on basic principles applied to blast and fire engineering, but also will provide them with numerous practical applications by pulling in real-world problems accomplished in each area.
The course is taught by Dr. Ali Sari, Manager of Structures group in Genesis Consultancy, Houston.
About the instructor
